These Energy Balls are a delicious and nutritious snack, perfect for a quick energy boost any time of day.
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats or quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter or allergy friendly sub
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey or agave
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp salt
optional handful mini chocolate chips or raisins
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, and salt.
- Stir until well mixed. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or raisins.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
