Ingredients

  • 300g (10 oz) penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thinly)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
